RTB Events & Travel recognizes that each client is unique, as are our clients’ events and travel needs. We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know you.

We provide a complimentary initial meeting where your ideas and details are gathered for the thoughtful creation of your event and/or travel proposal. After this meeting, custom package options and pricing will be presented to you.

Depending on your needs, we can also call on our network of preferred vendors for additional professional services (catering, decor, design, DJ/sound, flowers, photography, etc.).

Our preferred vendors often extend special pricing and/or incentives with our clients. Details about our preferred vendors are shared early in the planning process to optimize your options.
