Raechel
Raechel, founder of RTB Events & Travel,
is a native of Southeastern Wisconsin
and proud graduate of the University
of Wisconsin-Parkside. She fell in love with planning events in junior high, and the love turned into a profession. Raechel's vast experience with events (personal, nonprofit and corporate), projects and travel, as well as the network of talented vendors she works with, ultimately inspired her to become a business owner more than
a decade ago.
Colleagues and clients often describe Raechel as meticulously organized,
an effective communicator, a creative
problem-solver, an energetic people person, and a consummate professional.
These characteristics, in addition to Raechel's positive attitude, make every event a great success for RTB's clients.
Her love of details, organization, fancy things and sticky notes helps, too!
Outside of her career, Raechel enjoys spending time with her loved ones while traveling or entertaining during holidays, special occasions and fun-filled theme parties.
The passion she has for events has always been a large part of her life — not only in her career and at home, but also in a volunteer capacity. Volunteering to lead planning committees for various community events and causes that Raechel believes in is
a pastime that drives her and helps keeps her ideas fresh.
Raechel prides herself on planning quality events, projects and travel where all details are thoughtfully orchestrated so both the client and guests remember it for all of the right reasons.
